0 0 2 months ago
Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo says her new color-coded plan is designed to steer the county's schools to a safe reopening. Hidalgo unveiled the plan on Wednesday. The plan's color code is similar to that used by the Harris County COVID-19 Threat Level System. Red means schools should close. Orange means 25-percent reopening, limited to 500-students. Yellow means 50-percent reopening with a limit of a thousand students. Green means in-person teaching at full classroom capacity.
